A grey-green, vintage Mid-Century modern Italian pair of tall, arched abstract sculptures made of hand blown colored Murano glass, designed and produced by Ermanno Nason in good condition. Signed E. Nason at the bottom. Wear consistent with age and use. Circa 1950 - 1970, Italy.

Ermanno Nason was an Italian sculpture artist and designer, born in 1928, in Murano, Italy and passed away in 2013. At a very young age he started to learn the art behind creating, designing Murano glass sculptures, which he learned from his father. He finished his apprenticeship under the Italian glassmaker Abate Zanetti During his life time, Nason worked with many well-know designers and artist together, such as Marc Chagall, Pablo Picasso, Max Erst, etc.
