Hans-Agne Jakobsson

Hans-Agne Jakobsson (1919-2009) was a Swedish designer and architect known for his work in lighting design. Jakobsson studied architecture at the Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg, Sweden, before founding his own design firm in 1951. He was famous for his innovative use of materials, creating lighting fixtures that were both functional and aesthetically pleasing. Jakobsson's designs feature clean lines, simple and elegant shapes, and often incorporate materials such as brass, glass, and wood.
