20th Century Italian Modern Rosewood Credenza - Vintage Dry Bar by Mobili Cantù

A 20th Century, large vintage Mid-Century modern Italian credenza with a slanted top, made of hand crafted polished Rosewood and Walnut, designed and produced by Consorzio Esposizione Mobili Cantù, in good condition. The lower part of the sideboard is composed with five grooved doors, the inside is made of polished Maplewood, each of them is consisting one shelf and their original metal hardware and keys. The right side of the top part has a cocktail dry bar, detailed by a halted folding door with a storage compartment for tall bottles and glasses, particularized on the outside by a polished brass panel with figural scenes. The surface of the top is embellished by parquetry. The buffet is standing on four arched legs, supported by two long wooden beams, resting on brass feet. Restored, refurbished and hand polished. Wear consistent with age and use. Circa 1940 - 1960, Italy.
