A vintage Mid-Century modern Italian pair of wall appliques, sconces made of hand blown colored Murano glass, designed and produced by Poliarte in good condition. Each of the slightly frosted glass rays is halted, supported by a rectangular steel frame, featuring a two light socket. The wires have been renewed. Wear consistent with age and use. Circa 1970 - 1975, Italy.

Poliarte was an Italian lighting creator and manufacturer founded in 1968, near Verona, Italy by the Italian artist and designer Albano Poli. The company is know for their unique style in combining stainless steel or raw metal with glass elements. Poliarte was closed in 1979.
