20th Century American Craft Associates Walnut Sofa Table by Adrian Pearsall

A round, vintage Mid-Century modern American coffee, sofa table made of hand crafted polished Walnut, designed by Adrian Pearsall and produced by Craft Associates in good condition. The original slightly smoked glass top is supported by four sculptural wooden feet. Wear consistent with age and use. Circa 1950 - 1960, United States.

Adrian Pearsall was an American designer and architect born in 1925, in New York City, United States. In 1950, Pearsall graduated from the University of Illinois, where he studied Architectural Engineering. In 1952, Pearsall founded Craft Associates in Pennsylvania to manufacture his furniture designs. His designs are considered to be part of the Atomic Age design.

Craft Associates was an American company founded in 1952, in Pennsylvania, United States by Adrian Pearsall. Craft Associates was a furniture manufacturer, specialized in creating, designing Walnut furniture. In 1968, the company was sold to Lane Furniture.
