A refined Italian Mid-Century Modern lounge chair by Paolo Buffa, handcrafted in solid cherrywood, Italy, circa 1950–1960. The elegantly sculpted frame features a spindled backrest with gently curved slats, gracefully shaped arms, and tapered legs, showcasing the sophisticated craftsmanship and organic forms associated with Buffa’s celebrated designs.

The chair has been professionally reupholstered in luxurious white velvet, creating a striking contrast with the rich dark cherrywood while offering exceptional comfort. The  understated elegance blends in with  both modern and traditional interiors.

Wear is consistent with age and use. Newly upholstered.
