A large, red vintage Mid-Century modern French vase " Arrosoir "made of hand crafted ceramic designed by Jean de Lespinasse in good condition. This decorative art piece is particularized with a radiant red glaze. Signed at the bottom. Wear consistent with age and use. Circa 1950 - 1960, Vallauris, France.

Jean de Lespinasse was a French ceramist and artist born in 1896, in France and passed away in 1979. After the World Ward II, Jean de Lespinasse and his wife founded a local ceramic business in Cimiez, a neighborhood of Nice, which the named SOCFRA.
